(English Abstract)
Multi-Access Edge Computing (MEC) is a promising technology to solve power limitations and provides efficient computation offloading for mobile users (MUs). In MEC, the MU can offload its computation tasks to the MEC server to save energy consumption. Nevertheless, many MUs offloading simultaneously may lead to server resource disputes, thus limiting scalability of offloading. Therefore, it is challenging to optimize the offloading decision and resources allocation. In this work, we propose using a metaheuristic algorithm based on Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) to solve the problem.
